Web Editor: Matthew Tepper Hello! My name is Matthew Tepper, and this is my third year on The Harbour Voice staff. As a senior at Oyster Bay High School, I am truly excited to take on the role of Web Editor and work with our growing staff to create relevant, interesting news stories. Assistant Managing Editor: Stefanie Sadocha Hi! My name is Stefanie Sadocha, and I am a junior here at Oyster Bay High School. I am pleased to take on the role of Assistant Managing Editor this year. I have been writing for The Harbour Voice since ninth grade and have developed a love for the news. In the past, I have served as the Features Editor, and I recently attended the Boston University Summer Journalism Institute. I am excited to see what the future holds for The Harbour Voice!
General News Editor: Joycelin Wong Hello! My name is Joycelin Wong, and this is my first year on The Harbour Voice staff. As a senior at Oyster Bay High School, I am excited to take on the role of News Editor and collaborate with our growing team of staff members to create captivating news stories. I cannot wait to produce fascinating, relevant news articles for our students. I’ve always been passionate about spreading awareness about global and community issues. I'm looking forward to encouraging a love for journalism throughout the school!
Features Editor: Greta Flanagan Hello! I’m Greta Flanagan, and I’m the Feature Editor for the 2019-2020 school year. I’ve always enjoyed writing, specifically creative pieces, fictional narratives and poetry. I’m excited to see how Journalism will hone my writing skills, and I look forward to serving as an editor.
Arts and Entertainment Editor: Jackson Troxler Hello. My name is Jackson Troxler and I’m the new Arts and Entertainment Editor for The Harbour Voice. It may be my first year working on the paper, but I love writing on topics I’m passionate about, and I hope to be a valuable addition to The Harbour Voice. I plan to aid in raising awareness about news in the arts and entertainment field.
Sports Editor: Beryl Rosenberg Hi! I’m Beryl Rosenberg, and I am a junior here at OBHS. After taking on the position of Sports Editor last year, I look forward to continuing my role this year. I am excited to work with the rest of the editors and staff, and I know that this will be yet another great year for The Harbor Voice!
Opinion Editor: Alina Kelly Hi! My name is Alina Kelly. I am a Junior here at Oyster Bay High School. This is my second year as the Opinion Editor for The Harbour Voice. I am an active member of Quill and Scroll, and I have always loved writing. Outside of school, I enjoy rowing and skiing. I am excited to share my own news articles in addition to serving as an editor for the 2019-2020 school year!
Photographer: Joan Olivero Hi! I’m Joan Olivero, and I am currently a sophomore here at OBHS. This is my first year serving as a photographer for The Harbour Voice. As a freshman, I worked as a student journalist for the paper. I’ve always been interested in the arts and media, so becoming a photographer seemed like a natural transition.
